Activate graph observer in MVP launchfile #21

Create service client to call the load observer service and activate the QA observer and add it to the MVP Launcher

It's solved on https://github.com/rosin-project/metacontrol_sim/commit/87a87ea3fd295d5e52a97be62976c65842f358ad

I've created a node to call the service, reading the observer name from a yaml.
