Failed to connect to 192.168.44.167: Invalid key size (168) for AES. #1414

I added the device. I specified a local_key which is foreignly presented in a different way. After adding the device I get the message:

Failed to connect to 192.168.44.167: Invalid key size (168) for AES.

The format of local_key obtainable from the iot_api page looks as follows: "local_key": "@dN1Nz'KY`1x\u123cVc7",
