When user is not authenticated, the newsfeed is shown.. anyway.. Only the help page should be visible

Done! Only the "Aiuto/Help" page is visible without autentication.

It is not working.. see from an anonymous chrome tab.. accessing the url http://iteropendata-crea.regione.campania.it/index
