I noticed that mintty treats the history of commands a little different than 
standard ubuntu would.

When I press Up Key, it sequentially repeats some commands.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use mintty normally. Type some repetitive commands (like "ls folder" three 
times)
2. Press Up key to navigate to previous commands
3. You will notice that some commands are listed sequentially more than once, 
as if they were different (in my example, showing "ls folder" three times, 
instead of once)

My environment:
 mintty 1.1.3.1
 cygwin 1.7.20
 windows 8

This is not a mintty issue. The same happens in Cygwin console.
