Failing to identify Linux Mint #203

I'm using linux mint, and when I run buildall.sh I get this error: \home\abacas\xfce-winxp-tc-master\packaging> ./buildall.sh Failed to identify distribution.

Need to probe for dpkg rather than looking at /etc/os-release, issue with other derivative distros as well
