Running trunk my hierarchical menu only has 1 entry. #35

Currently when running trunk with the following command:

sh kitchen.sh 
-file=/mnt/ci/hudson/.hudson/jobs/ETLCookbook/workspace/etl/data-integration/sof
tware/kettle-cookbook/pdi/document-all.kjb 
-param:"INPUT_DIR"=/mnt/ci/hudson/.hudson/jobs/ETLCookbook/workspace/etl/data-in
tegration/projects/wex/code/ -param:"OUTPUT_DIR"=/tmp/etlEE

My hierarchical menu is empty apart from 1 entry for a config file.

I've experienced this same problem on various Linux instances but not on 
Windows.

i have this issue on windows, Kettle 4.2.1
