Removed astropy units of times and alpha in Version3_1 #150

I removed all astropy units and quantities from modelparameters.py, its tests and a few other parts.

There are still some units left for SkyCoord, for distances, parallaxes or other specific calculations. @rpoleski, please let me know if I should undo any changes or apply to other missing.

The same 23 tests fail, as in the base Version3_1 branch.

After merging I've found out that docstrings had to be corrected: c42886f We should also check if there are some useless astropy units in examples/
