I'm trying to replicate what you did to create a kraken2 index using GTDB r95 using your script however you don't list the kraken2-build command you used. I tried using the default parameters but I find that the file size is much larger (160Gb) than the files that you generated for GTDB r89, which is about 30Gb. Were there any special parameters that you used while building your kraken2 database?
