Add support for 6s / 6s+ #32

This adds support for 6s and 6s+. Previously, the view was too small for the device on 6s+.

Also added in macros for checking if a 6+ or 6s+ is in zoomed mode.

Here's an example of the incorrect view size for 6s+:

Could you possibly add the iPhone SE and new iPads identifiers to the device identifier list as well?
