Don't show redacted activity shells in the Director

Here's an example when Warlord's Ruin dropped

Unfortunately nothing I can do here. This is indeed for Warlord's Ruin however it is not marked redacted 😢 I can detect a confluence of events (empty strings in multiple fields?) and use that to assume it was incorrectly partially redacted however that's unlikely to hold true for other events where it's OK to have those values missing.

This will only be the case for a single reset until the records are fully redacted; just something to live with.
