I'm sure this is a weird one in the JSON that Bungie returns because the catalyst changes the element.
If it's not worth fixing because of the complexity, I'm fine with this being marked wontfix
I've got 2 different quicksilver storm guns. One with the catalyst applied that should be strand and another without the catalyst that is kinetic. VZ is treating both as kinetic.
