Improve tests #210

Tests are now much much more stable, reliable and understandable on CI!!!

Changes:

turn on frame logging in all tests except transport tests
fix flakiness of some tests
improve SuspendTest test logs
new way to ignore several native tests
move TestConnection to core module, as it used only there
make frame/frameType fully internal for now
extract transport related tests into separate module
add build file template for transport
merge tests with test server
simplify transport tests configuration
