addon tab issue #8

Describe the bug Addon tab is currently greyed out and un clickable as Civ 2 and Civ 1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to F1 menu
  2. Click on Vehicle spawner
  3. Scroll down to Addon vehicles
  4. Get yammed.

Expected behavior Should allow users to click and spawn the addon vehicles.

Additional context Was working before last server restart.
