small fix in docs/01-introduction.Rmd #700

Going through the book for educational purposes. Since some parts of the book are not fully up to date I suggest the following changes:

  • removed link to "simple-a", theme not updated for over 2 years now

I just tested this theme and it still works fine, despite the warning message on the page https://themes.gohugo.io/themes/simple-a/.

@yihui in https://bookdown.org/yihui/blogdown/themes.html#themes you write:

We do not recommend that you use a theme that has not been updated for more than a year.

shouldn't we at least add a comment warning the reader that this theme might not work since it's not officially recommended?

Yes, I think that makes sense. Let me think more about the wording here. Thanks!
