Fix lifetime parameter enforcement in DNS resolver

Fixes #1152

Enforce the lifetime parameter strictly in DNS resolver queries.

• Add a check in dns/asyncresolver.py to enforce the lifetime parameter in the dns.asyncresolver.Resolver class.
• Update the _compute_timeout method in dns/asyncresolver.py to ensure accurate timeout calculations.
• Add a check in dns/resolver.py to enforce the lifetime parameter in the dns.resolver.Resolver class.
• Update the _compute_timeout method in dns/resolver.py to ensure accurate timeout calculations.
• Add tests in tests/test_doq.py to verify the correct enforcement of the lifetime parameter.
