CA1/CA2: Create Sibelius script to export to midi and open in MGen #696

  1. Export to MIDI file
  2. Run MGen with midi file name as parameter
  3. Parse parameters in MGen
  4. Use standard MFI Midi File Import dialog

Currently there is script to export automatically
