It turned out that the fix on the side of the virtual machine does not fix anything(https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RUBY-20684#focus=streamItem-27-3264341-0-0). So I restored the Bootsnap hack, but tried to fix the problem with an ibf_load_iseq_complete symbol.
