Polishing Touches on Atom and RSS formats #9

The Atom and RSS feeds could still use a little more tweaking. In particular the link is not always a valid URL and the validators complain about having no rel="self" link (which is stupid idea if you ask me anyway).

However it probably isn't possible to go any further with making vclog POM aware. I'm not sure I want to do that. In the mean time the end-user can provide a URL as an option.

Other possible improvements might include adding the email address for each committer.

Might be able to use .ruby file, if one is present.
