Description

Change from macos-latest to macos-latest-large only for Tests & Coverage GitHub Action. This is to fix the sonar cloud installation issue occurring in https://github.com/rudderlabs/rudder-sdk-ios/pull/520 and https://github.com/rudderlabs/rudder-sdk-ios/pull/518.
