Add log levels
Improve log messages
Add LOG_LEVEL variable in .env.example file
Prevent diverging of branches dev and main and merge features (as discussed in #8)

Thanks for the PR! I will add more features to debug mode as well. (Example: when DEBUG mode is on, /getcontext dissapears in telegram bot's menu)
