Write an Announce Post #6

Need to write a proper announce post for bubbletree :-)

It still feels a bit odd to "announce" a library that has been released almost a year ago. But once we're finished reworking the documentation (#7) we could then announce the new new bubbletree docs (living at http://okfnlabs.org/bubbletree) + the okfn labs in general.

I don't think most people will know or care when it was actually public since we never really announced it. People will just notice the big new post on blog.okfn.org and say, wow that's cool and use it more :-)

But hey, the Guardian has used the BubbleTree several times as well as some other newsrooms did. We've been using it quite a bit on OS and folks have been blogging about it or even created a cool video tutorial.

In short, the bubbletree has been quite visible in the ddj/datavis community. But let's announce it again once we managed to rework the docs.

OK. How about branding this as v1.0 (we can stay we released it last year in beta or similar ...)
