Problem

The plugin was using an old version of gradle which may bring issues later for using deprecated features

Solution

Minimum changes on build file to make it able to run on gradle 7
Use the same slf4j version (1.7.36) as the rest of rundeckpro plugins
Removed local dependancies
Upgrade axion release plugin to 1.12.4
