Add a posenet model #3

I'd love for there to be a posenet model, so that it can be used in TouchDesigner. Any tips on how to create an electron based model?

It's coming! We will have PoseNet as default in the new version of Runway. Since the new RW version is a complete new app, we decided to focus 100% on the new version and not update the existing one for now.
