What is the difference between different versions on NASBench201 #7

Could you please state the difference and reason you choose the older version.

The Conda environment used in this project was set up in Feb 2020; at the time APIv1.0/FILEv1.0 was the newest version. For the differences, I think 201's author would be the right person to ask this to: https://github.com/D-X-Y/NAS-Bench-201
