Proposals:

move sources to src directory
move each hasher to its own directory with README and LICENSE files
each hasher uses its own CMakeLists.txt with specific options for compilation
do not use git submodules - use CMake's FetchContent or CPM.cmake

@rurban If you don't mind these proposals, I can do it. :)

No, I don't like neither of these ideas.

Flat is fine Submodules are much better than cmake fetching. Cluttering with readme and licenses can be avoided by just adding the needed Infos to the respective headers/sources
