Q: how come Nissan has started without ETB relay control?

A: your ETB is powered from pins 119/120 the factory ETB supply pin, pin 3, is unconnected on the ECU so your ETB supply relay is doing nothing

i guess we can simply keep this as is for now

it will PROBABLY not hurt anything now, unless you manage to blow the 20A fuse for the ECM relay from the added ETB current that would normally go through the ETB's own 20A fuse
