I have to populate Q305 - Q312, can they bridge at the tips?

those large pads in the middle are actually not connected to anything

which does not directly answer your question by itself :)

i believe that answer depends on the part number you are going to be using! the larger pad is not connected because for different drivers it actually does a different thing

@stefanst please report what parts you have at hand

@stefanst please solder two of those without touching and report if you get continuity between large pads on the parts you solder
