Add run_iter_async #328

Would it be possible to add run_iter_async as the async version of run_iter ?

Thank you very much for your time and work here.

To be fully transparent I have moved to an internal db migration solution for my project: the part of the custom migration code was becoming big enough to justify removing the refinery dependency.

I do not plan to contribute further on this one for the moment.
