Document defmt feature #483

Regarding functionality and also that it is exempt of the stability guarantees of 1.0 releases.

Documented in #485.

I don't think we should exempt it from the stability guarantees. When defmt 0.4 is out, we can add a new defmt-04 feature but not remove defmt-03.
