Action Items From Last Meeting:

raw-window-handle support in windowing crates
- Supported in glfw-rs and winit 0.20-alpha
- Requested it be patched into winit 0.19 (https://github.com/rust-windowing/winit/issues/1202)
- sdl2 will accept a PR but won't do it themselves (https://github.com/Rust-SDL2/rust-sdl2/issues/910)
- beryllium will get it done (https://github.com/Lokathor/beryllium/issues/93)
git repo tracker triage (https://github.com/rust-gamedev/wg/issues/58)
Ecosystem survey might be released (@erlend-sh)
Ecosystem guide demo including at least two crates in the proposed format so that we can see how well it works in practice (@Wodann)
