We should update these analyses at some point, but right now they're out of date. For example: the right framing for Send is probably not as an effect. We should work through these one-by-one, update them, and put them back in. But for now writing the draft RFCs should take priority.
This clearly denotes that this is not up to date and is currently "archived". Which should make it easier to communicate the state of the docs in the repo. Thanks!
