Using LocalLink, but just found out that today, it is not working. #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Local Links was already installed.

2. It was working: I used to click middle button on the mouse, and the local 
folder or PDF file used to open via the file:// protocol.

3. Just today, I tried, and when I try to open local files, I click on middle 
button, nothing happens, and even right-click open in new window does not work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As I remember, it used to work properly, so please check what is wrong and help.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Chorme Browser, LocalLinks 1.1
