Was working for a few now not working for anyone. #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to access any local link on our Intranet 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blank page with the address "about:blank"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 24, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Was working for a few people with standalone installs and then when I pushed 
Chrome out to everyone via Group Policy it stopped working. Thought it was 
disagreeing with a PDF viewer that tried to open PDF's in Google Docs since 
that is where the address bar indicated each link was opening. I removed the 
PDF Viewer and locallinks still doesn't work.

Same issue, using chrome 25.
I've pushed the installation of Chrome via group policies.

When I click on the link, I always have "about:blank"
(no problem with ie...)
