What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go on a page with a tag <a href="file://yournetwork/"></a>
2. click on it
3. windows file explorer do not popup
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want the windows file explorer open when i click on link.
I see a blank page instead.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 43.0.02357.130
