I have created Vue version #130

Thanks @rvera for this cool plugins. Because my daily task mostly using Vue.js, so I made plugins that adapted from your plugins.

Sure, it's different approach. But it have basic feature for image picker like you've done.

Thanks for making a Vue version! I was thinking of doing one myself even.. I will add the link into the README for anyone wanting to use it
