FTB Unstable crash when mining ore deposit with an area of effect tool. #113

I came across a coal ore deposit on a FTB Unstable (Version 3.0.38) server and started mining it with an Electric Pickaxe from NeoTech that has an Area of Effect upgrade, and crashed to desktop. This has also happened with other ore deposits and from just mining underground with no deposits in sight.

I'm assuming this mod is causing it from the crash log but I'm not great at reading them so I'm going off the first few lines.

I'm having the same issue as well with NeoTech electric pickaxes
