[1.10.2] Mechanical User with Sickle on Red Orchid brings unlimited Redstone

Hello, when placing a sickle in mechanical user and using the mechanical user on a red orchid placed on redstone it pops redstone every second. You even get more red orchids. The User is on configurations: Use Item on Block, Always on, Right Click, Random Slot.

It appears that the same happens when using the sickle on the orchid yourself. So its not only the mechanical user but the normal user too.
