Pypi release that includes parallel build fix?

In #17 the parallel read flag is set to true. Might it be possible to get a pypi build that contains this (maybe as a minor version update?)

Done. The latest release is available through pypi.

@ryanfox Here on GitHub the version is still at 0.0.9, while on PyPI it's now 0.0.10, which creates a bit of confusion. Can you please sync them?
