CSV driver? #117

Orbit looks really useful - did CSV support get added, I saw it was requested and pegged to a release, I can't see if it happened though?

@toby1kenobi CSV didn't get added in the end. It would be a good one to have in the future though.

This could be done via a custom driver. Not something I think should be in the core package right now.
