Help menu wouldn’t appear if click again once minimised. #5

Steps to replicate:

  1. I pulled up the help window by clicking it, which works for the first time. image.png

  2. Once I am temporarily done with the help window, I minimised it.

  3. When I tried to access the help window again (same as step 1), it does not pop up. image.png

Team's Response

Users can reopen the window through alt-tab or their task bar. Given that this just a minor inconvenience in this specific scenario and has easy solutions without affecting functionality, we will assign this as NotInScope.

Furthermore, help is likely to be accessed especially for new users, and they may not be tech-savvy. A likely solution will be to include this in known issues which may be their second point of reference (apart from help) when encountering this bug.
