Adding the ability to use the BBC Sounds service recently added to node-sonos-http-api

I've created this PR to add in the ability to stream BBC radio stations using the BBC Sounds service recently added to node-sonos-http-api repository.

@ryanolf would you be able to review and merge this pull request if you are OK with the addition of the BBC Sounds service and the additional clarification text in the README.md for the resetting of playback parameters. Thanks
