Add Brigitte as a playable hero #463

Brigitte has been added. Let me know if there's anything else that needs to be done for this. Everything appeared to work perfectly.

Not familiar with this part of our code, so I dont want to merge this myself. For future though is the only thing that needs to be added is the image and their name to allHeroNames.js?
