wicth doctor skill 2 voodoo not working

What were the instances of it not working? I've not touched Witch Doctor, and looking at his code, it should work.

[update] ^ Misread the code. It was indeed not working. Fixed in commit: 6b752f483418690fb456e4538cafe8db0abe286e

witch doctor's code should work. But I noticed that it doesn't work, but the beginner new ai bot is code is working. I don't know why. ><
