Preview button for Literate Rzk #16

Added an entry to the "contributes" object in package.json that brings back the preview button for Literate Rzk Markdown

@fredrik-bakke Was there a reason the task had "type": "shell"? It wasn't working on Windows so I switched it to "process", but I'm not sure if that would still work on other platforms. If not, I will revert it and figure out something else for Windows

I'm not sure of the difference between shell and process, but process seems to be working on Mac as well at least.

By the way, does this PR resolve #2?

Great, thanks! Markdown Preview Enhanced still does not work (I guess it has to be added separately), but default preview is already good enough, I think.
