Description of the issue: How to remove the influence of the top roof on the main wall. See the blue triangle between upper and lower roof.

Hi, 3 solutions here.

create 2 reference points and make 2 groups of objects where wall + roof are child of a single reference point.
move slightly the top roof, disable and re-enable auto fit on the wall.
disable auto-fit and use manual "fit roof", then adjust slices according.
