Add option to custom scans to indicate they require authentication #100

Some sites require logging in before seeing content - if OnionScan is configured to search for custom content and is not logged in for these scans then we produce a lot of empty correlations. This change should indicate to the user that some custom rules have been skipped because they require being logged in.
