A Decentralized Architecture for SPARQL Query Processing and RDF Sharing: A Position Paper They throw the idea of using p2p networks for rdf data storage and query processing (it's not clear whether peers have special roles) without delving much into details, and the open challenges are more focused on how to manage the p2p network, which are solved by IPFS for us.

KBox: Distributing Ready-to-query RDF Knowledge Graphs KNS resolves knowledge graph names to dereferencable uris, fetching ready-to-query (?) knowledge graphs and executes sparql over them locally. Each knowledge graph can be registered in kns under different authorities.
