Move helper text to below the yield radius legend #18

I believe this was about moving the text in the help modal to be below the yield radius legend?

This would make #15 unneeded.

Yes, I was planning on taking this one on. I think the bootstrap is unneeded if I understand everything correctly. I have a term paper due tomorrow and absolutely nothing all day Wednesday, when I'll be able to get crackin on it!

If we want we could also just put the helper text outside the info-viz, i.e. the SVG, e.g. below or above. It might look better that way.

Just moved it to the top of the SVG. Let's make the yield radius legend a bit taller.
