"snap to" function for spinning contacts #121

Description: Sometimes i can't click on a contact because it is not centered 
properly and sometimes i click on one contact and another is opened.
If snap is enabled, one contact will be centered and active. Next and previous 
contacts in the list should still be clickable, but in the much smaller field.

Ready version: 0.7.4
