Dialer crashes the app only on payd version #125

Description:When I press dialer shortcut the app crashes on payd version 
(T9),if I'm in free version doesn't happen.

Phone brand (eg. Samsung Galaxy S4):Galaxy Note 2 LTE 

Android SDK (eg. 4.4.2):4.4.4

Ready version (eg. build 14) - you can check the build version by swiping
right on the main screen from the left edge of the screen:

I have the same problem on my Nexus 5. 4.4.2

We just published version 1.0.2 which hopefully solves the issue.
